Tournament Withdrawal Procedures<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
AST – USSSA – NSA – All World Sports<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Should your team withdraw for any reason from any Northern California sports association’s tournament once the team has been entered, the cancellation\/withdrawal must occur no later than 6 p.m. on the Monday prior to the tournament;\u00a0or<\/u>\u00a0prior to the brackets\/game times being posted on the association’s Northern California website.\u00a0<\/p>\n Furthermore, an email sent or voice mail left, must be confirmed by the respective tournament director.\u00a0 Until the director responds to and\/or confirms your cancellation, your team is still in the tournament.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Should your team cancel\u00a0after<\/u>\u00a0the specifications listed above, your team is still responsible for the entire entry fee of said tournament.\u00a0 Unpaid entry fees will result in the team\u00a0and<\/u>\u00a0each individual player being placed on\u00a0all<\/u>\u00a0Northern California associations\u2019 Suspended Lists until payment is made in full.<\/p>\n Thank you in advance for your cooperation by notifying all tournament directors well in advance should your team withdraw from a tournament.\u00a0 Thanks for playing with all our Northern California sports associations.\u00a0<\/p>\n SPECIAL NOTE:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n In the case of State, Regional, National, NIT, Midnight Madness, and\/or World events, Large events, brackets may be drawn up to two (2) weeks in advance.\u00a0 In situations such as these specialty events, team withdrawals must occur prior to entry deadline\u00a0or<\/u>\u00a0completion of brackets.<\/p>\n Entry\/Pull-Out Fees<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n $50 Late-Pullout Fee (less than 5 days before the event)<\/p>\n Wednesday is to late<\/p>\n Tuesday is probably to late<\/p>\n Monday is fine<\/p>\n We do NOT refund once your check is cashed after Tuesdays<\/p>\n Teams pulling out after the brackets or game times are done or when sold out are responsible for the entire entry fee if sold out the previous week.<\/p>\n If we can replace your team, we will only charge the $50 pullout late fee.<\/p>\n “No-Show” Fee:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n Teams that do not show up for a later game (thereby shorting another team a game) will be charged a $75 fee.
